In edge of fate the new health stat states affects health Regen when picking up an orb of power. This should mean all weapons now generate orbs of power on multi kills once again since health Regen is tied to orbs. I didn't see many orbs generated in the last live stream. So it looks to me like an overall health Regen nerf since you have to build in to weapon orb generation But health Regen now requires orbs.
