Why not just nerf chill clip?
Couldn't chill clip be made to only apply like 5-10 stacks of slow? This way, it would take more than one magazine from any weapon to fully freeze a champ. Nerfing an entire subclass to only be effective against one champion is an extremely poor idea. At the very least, give stasis a new verb to deal with unstoppable champions, or just remove champions from the game.

The new artifact is supposed to have unstop sidearms so Tinasha's will still stun unstops. That gun is probably why it's getting the nerf. So no gun is capable of stunning every champ type.
