Hey there, you need to pick up all the rewards, and then claim the final reward at the end. Look closely at the Enhancement Prisms - if you are currently full on them, then you will not be able to pick them up, and they will appear dimmed and may look like they have been claimed. But they will lack the blue tick icon which they should then have. If you are not full on prisms, but the prisms still can't be picked up, are still reporting that you are 'full', then please let me know. This could have been caused by the Heavy Metal event, which distributed some buggy prisms that need to be dismantled.
