EDGE OF fate seems like a QOL update not expansion
This feels like changes that should have been for free.

That's because edge of fate is more like A DLC whereas an expansion is supposed to expand the overall game. Edge of fate would be an expansion if it offered new strikes and new pvp maps more post content directly after the campaign
