Can’t Start Fireteam in D2 App
-Crossplay is enabled.
-Xbox Account is the Main Account.
-Playing D2 on PC.
-D2 Companion app is logged in as XBOX Bungie Account
-Most of the time I cannot receive fireteam invites from D2 App (occasionally I do)
-All of the time I cannot start a fireteam as it errors with “Playing Now requires you to be online in Destiny 2.” (Which I am)

2 RepliesHi there, Thank you for reaching out. We understand you're unable to start the Fireteam Finder using the Companion. What you describe does sound strange to us. By any chance, are your Fireteam Invites not set to Public? As per our [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/25787853699220-Fireteam-Finder-Guide]Fireteam Finder Guide[/url]: [quote]Receiving Invitations: Players need to update their set their "Fireteam Invites" to "Public" to receive invitations using Fireteam Finder. The "Fireteam Privacy" may also need to updated if it's set to "Closed. These settings can be changed in a player's Settings menu under the "Social" tab in their Destiny 2 Settings menu."[/quote] If your invites are set to public, and this issue persists, then please let us know.
