This is what bungie said in their article regarding on your mark :

On Your Mark (Aspect)
Final Blows while at three stacks of On Your Mark now make you Radiant for a short time.
Activating your class ability now gives one stack of On Your Mark instead of three stacks.
Dev Note: We think Gunslinger needs more access to Radiant, so we’re essentially allowing them to reach a fourth stack of On Your Mark in the form of Radiant. Beyond this, we’ll be focusing on further improving Gunslinger’s kit in an upcoming release.

This is a massive PvP nerf to an already terrible aspect.
As a solar hunter main, one of the main draws of the subclass is making your guns feel nice and responsive. This is being hit by a hard nerf as you can no longer dodge to get max stacks.
Instead you can get THREE precision kills, just to get a radiant which is an insanely high amount of effort for something that you can get with just equipping a fragment and getting a melee hit.
Not to mention it will be even easier to get radiant next season with artifact mods.
Let us see what stat bonuses on your mark offers.
15,30,45 handling and reload
0.95,0.9,0.85 reload scalars.
These are already pathetic benefits for a whole entire ASPECT. Sure you can give it to teammates but people use high handling/ ophids regardless. Also they don’t want to depend of a teammates ability for something as crucial and sensitive to muscle memory as weapon handling.
NO ae benefit
NO handling scalar
And now instead of getting 45 handling outright after a dodge, you just get 15
Meanwhile you have thread of ascent which gives you handling and ae on grenade usage just for a fragment…
Bungie, do you seriously have this little foresight about things in your own game ?
My proposed changes :
Reduce one stack to 10 handling and reload, increase max stacks to 50 handing.
Each stack should give a handling scalar at:
0.95x, 0.9x, 0.85x for each stack respectively.
The aspect should also passively give 10 ae with each stack awarding another 10. Adding up to an additional 40 ae at max stacks.
Instead of activating on weapon precision kills, it will now activate on precision hits.
It should use mag sized based calculations for number of hits perk stack in the case of faster firing weapons. This is already present in various places in the game.
Dodge should also give max stacks
These changes would make it the premier aspect to enhance weapon usage in your neutral game, awarding precision and greatly improving weapon feel with higher uptime and potency.
While some of these values might need to be tweaked or even reduced, you get the gist of these changes.
However keep in mind, this is a whole entire aspect so I think its potency and uptime should match that status.
I’m aware it gives 3 fragment slots but so do aspects like on the prowl which are significantly stronger.
Also, just using it for the extra slots is a lame way to balance it because it has hardly anything to do with the aspect itself
