Can't progress through the seasonal story
At around step 11-ish of the second act of episode: Heresy I got soft locked because something bugged with the step so in attempt to resolve the lock I stopped and started the game again to see if that fixed anything, it didn't, I discarded the quest to hopefully reset it but now I cant find where to pick the quest back up. Is there anything I can do or can I just not play those missions anymore?

Eris's Flat -> Shaping Slab -> Page 2. You will need to swap to Path of Resolve using the Taken orb next to the slab for you to see the abandoned quest section. As for the soft lock, based on previous posts on here the most likely issue isn't a soft lock but instead just the finisher icon not displaying above the Ogre once its health bar has been reduced and its kneeling ready for you to finish it.
