lol you PVE mains crack me up. Like the only point to play is loot or something

Well I took a break after act one of Hersey. Recently I decided to come back I finished the new dungeon I finished off the new seasonal stuff. I even collected whatever adapt weapons that were recently released including dyad all four catalyst. However players who've been playing non-stop at this point there really is no point to play because edge of Fate is basically gonna be a Destiny 2 reboot. Maybe if adapt weapons like from ultimatum if they were going to be getting a system to infuse them into tier gear there would be a reason to play now! The reason there's no point to play that's on bungie! Whenever they make changes to the game it's always a half measure they don't think it through they act on impulse based on streamer feedback like what we saw with the sunset system it was a good idea on paper but when it was implemented it was poorly executed it was a f***** disaster. I believe that's the biggest problem with destiny is bungee only views streamers as the entire community only streamers have a voice everybody else is just a mute person they don't matter. Bungeerie said in the past that we view streamers as the voice of the community what they say is what everybody wants. Hell even last week there was a video from multiple streamers asking the community do you believe that streamers ruined destiny too because now some of them believe now that they might have f up after they experienced early access a lot of them are concerned about edge of fate.

Is the only game in the market with satisfying movement and gun mechanics. I play less and less because PvP is a lagging hell due to crossplay. PvE is only good for 2 weeks when new content comes in. But the heart of the game is PvP which keeps players busy, but they have no idea what they are doing at Bungie.
-
No other game has gunplay like this. I absolutely loath Bungie for many reasons. Don't care about the changes. They change the game constantly. Who cares. It still feels the same.
-
Because I wanted to
-
I enjoy the game. I will enjoy the game until the 13th July, close this chapter of my life and begin a new one. It is a great game but the changes aren’t for me.
-
The real question should be to ask why those who don't enjoy playing are still punishing themselves by sticking around.
-
Its fun, crazy huh
-
i enjoy replaying dungeons, and enjoy the many weapons I have.
-
Because it's fun. Preordered the CE as well, because I love the game and, again, it's fun to me. Shocking, I know.
With what’s coming, why?
For fun.
What’s the point?
To have fun.

Because I enjoy the game?

Because it's fun?

Enjoying the lovely build crafting before bungie ruins it in EoF with all their shitty nerfs.
-
My favorite shooter - I have yet to ever find a game that plays the same.
-
Enjoying the game, trying to get to ascendant 3 in comp before season ends, trying to get "lighthouse keeper" emblem So kinda farming and improving
-
Privates with the boys Raids You know, the fact you buy a videogame to have fun these days, the concept seems to be dying
-
People play games for fun live at 5.
-
With what’s coming, why? What’s the point?
I enjoy helping people beat raids... I like the communication... Its not the game, its the people that keep me here
-
Cause I hate myself
-
Because this’s the last time i’ll be playing this game.. i’m skipping EoF Probably going to main Arc raiders once it come out since bungie literally abandoned PVP too
-
I actually enjoy the gameplay and the future fantasy setting. "journey before destination" Essentially.

For me, videogames are a form of entertainment. I play them for entertainment. If what I play rewards good loot then that's just a bonus. If not yet what I play provides me with the entertainment I seek then the time I've chosen to spend is worth it and rewarding. There's nothing to complain about. If I log on and realise I'm not being entertained and more so feeling frustrated then I log off and try something else like another game or watch something. So many complain about grinding and playing feels like a job. Yes I get it can feel that way but what I don't get is why continue. Why even complain instead of simply switching off and finding something else to have fun with.

For… fun? If you only play the game to be “compensated” with loot, then you might be addicted…

I like Destiny 2. It's fun. I still have tasks to finish. And honestly, I still hope Bungie will change something about the expiry of gear every six months.
