Why am I getting my competitive ranking lowered when my teammates leave the game at the start of the match

Loss protection doesn't apply if you leave, your last 3 solo vs 3 solo game you quit. For your midtown game (while there have been reports of solo+duo v solo+duo LP not applying in some cases) leaving immediately invalidates it as you're treated as a quitter.
