Hello. I finished the spire of the watcher dungeon. When I cane back to Ikora, I cannot complete the quest. Still says "aquire, step 1/2"
Now, I m stuck, cannot rank up to 5.

That quest isn't a requirement to rank up to Guardian Rank 5. Recheck the Guardian Rank triumphs to see what its telling you to do.
