Bungie has spent too much time and effort listening to the small but fanatic group of players who only play to do Raids A large majority of Destiny 2 players rarely do Raids. They do the weekly items plus Dungeons, strikes, Lost Sectors, Gambit and Crucible.
This needs to stop. Bungie would have a lot more regular players in Destiny 2 if they spent more time on the Campaigns, making new maps for strikes, Gambit and Crucible.

Edited by SirEman80: 6/29/2025 5:36:03 PMI personally think if they could get the “Explore” mode in RotN to all the raids it would spike raid interaction. We had a good clan group that ran raids up until Salvations Edge but had a hard time getting people together for that to learn mechanics and such. Still haven’t run it. Personally I think the folks that lambast the game vocally and publicly because it doesn’t meet their hyper specific niche enjoyment/expectations is killing engagement. There is nothing but a negative discourse around everything post Final Shape even though all the episodes have had good weapons or systems…. and Edge of Fate is trying to bring system changes that folks have asked for over years… and it’s still nothing but negative.
