Buff Telesto
It’s not doing any damage in PvP. What if Bungie buff Telesto and the other fusion rifles in PvP?

Fusion rifles are in a good place, to the shagrin of shotgun apes They are good Telesto could use a PvE buff though, make it the monster it was in D1, give it attrition orbs, and drastically increase its damage vs bosses
