They only really reply if they need more information for the appeal or if they have accepted the appeal and lifted the ban. Once 4-6 weeks pass, if the ban is still applied and they haven't asked for any further info (or told you its being lifted) you can safely assume it has already been reviewed and denied. The only times they really give reasons are if it was a error that resulted in multiple people being incorrectly banned and they want to comment on it with it being fairly vague (ie this [url=https://x.com/Destiny2Team/status/1859404999425655209]banned group[/url] due to the detection tool getting data with issues)
