How to make Eof a sucess-ish

1. Give 100 more vault space - its not a perfect solution but it buys time for whatever is planned in renegades. 2. Remove the buff for new gear - it going to make lfg less approachable and strong arm players into newer gear for high level content. 3. Make pvp more balanced - pvp needs balancing and fixing a bit so it's more appealing to players so more play it and that helps with the gap in between content (Not a pvp main). 4. Stop making old content redundant - content like blind well and dares are now pretty pointless as you never update that stuff it just hurts the game. 5. Stop nerfing in pve - buff underpeforming aspects and abilities and exotics so we have a wider pool for build crafting. Look at the devour nerf as example it is un needed as it was well balanced already. 6. Find a good balance between crafting and RnG - they could co exist giving something for both sides of the crafted weapon argument. 7. Replace the leadership - the current bungie leadership have messed up so much its a miracle that A. Anyone wanted to buy the studio and B. Bungie isn't bankrupt. I still like destiny there are very few games like it for me and I don't want to see it end just yet but I feel if bungie carry on in its current direction destiny won't survive much longer.

Remove the buff for new gear - it going to make lfg less approachable and strong arm players into newer gear for high level content.
Definitely - play how you want, not how you're told to.
3. Stop making old content redundant - content like blind well and dares are now pretty pointless as you never update that stuff it just hurts the game.
This. Very much this. It's a much easier job to make old stuff relevant again than it is to create something entirely new that only lasts for three months
5. Stop nerfing in pve - buff underpeforming aspects and abilities and exotics so we have a wider pool for build crafting. Look at the devour nerf as example it is un needed as it was well balanced already.
Separate sandboxes - we've said this time and time and time again...
6. Find a good balance between crafting and RnG - they could co exist giving something for both sides of the crafted weapon argument.
ESO has a nice system; in order to craft a piece of 'dropped' gear, you first have to have had it drop in a certain slot and then you also have to know how to craft a basic piece in that same slot with the same traits. It means that can farm for a piece in that slot without having to worry about the roll and then craft and upgrade it as long as you have the knowledge and materials.
7. Replace the leadership - the current bungie leadership have messed up so much its a miracle that A. Anyone wanted to buy the studio and B. Bungie isn't bankrupt.
This won't have the effect you think it will, because the majority of the 'current' Bungie leadership have held leadership roles since Halo, and the 'Chief Vision Officer' (who dictates the entire creative output of the company) is one of the company founders. As a result, the entire company culture and attitude has seeped down into every corner of the company. Removing the management wouldn't make things any better, just considerably less organised.
