Please reconsider the fragment slot nerf to winter’s shroud. It is not anywhere near as strong as consecration, bleakwatcher, or even lightning surge. Winter’s shroud gives so much synergy to build upon on hunter and having 5 fragment slots is gonna be important in Edge of Fate to give you valuable stat bumps to reach certain required stats *wink 70 melee. The ascension nerf makes sense and its used in almost every endgame build so I can understand that but not winter’s shroud, it’s just a dodge that works really well only when combining it with stylish executioner. If you try to use it in a different combination it just doesn’t work as good.
