Hi Bungie Support, I purchased the Clandestine Cargo Set and the Episode: Heresy Shader Pack today from the Eververse store. The store shows that I own both items, but they do not appear anywhere in my inventory, collections, or postmaster. I’ve already tried all available troubleshooting steps, including restarting the game and checking every inventory tab. I’m requesting assistance in locating the items or, if that’s not possible, a refund. Thank you.
