Cross Saving Shenanigans!
Hi Guys,
My PC has recently give up on me and not great timing with the Edge of Fate around the corner so I want to link to my PS account and keep all my items and stats. I am unfortunately already linked to my GF's account as I tried to get her to play. It says I have to wait 90 days before changing the cross save and I want to be able to buy & play the EOF in two weeks, would someone be able to chop this 90 day wait?
Very excited for the new DLC and I want to jump back into some raids before the release but I am without my guardian! Hopefully you can help! :)

3 RepliesHey there, unfortunately as of March 2025, accounts can no longer be unlinked. So unlinking the current PSN account can't be done, even if the deactivation cooldown could be reduced (which it cannot, all cooldowns are mandatory).

Unfortunately the 90day wait time is mandatory. Also as of March 25th 2025 you can no longer unlink accounts. So your setup is permanent.

cool down times are mandatory and cannot be bypassed. you'll have to wait it out. and if your intention is to unlink your gf's PS account to then connect YOUR PS account, that's also not possible. the ability to unlink accounts, aside from twitch, was ended a couple months ago. whatever accounts you have linked not are permanently linked.
