It may be because all the good writers were laid off, but this makes the 2nd? Maybe more than that? DLC story theme in the past few years that is just a straight rip from another game. I personally wouldn't care that Bungie does it if they actually improved on the concept or diverted expectations, instead of just using it for advertisement and never exploring anying deeper than surface level or bringing up the expansion again.
