My friend and I are trying to play competitive, he is a new player without and DLC. When we try to get into a match, it says he needs to speak with Lord Shaxx to access competitive. Shaxx has nothing to say/give him and we are at a loss. When researching this issue, Reddit says he needs to reach guardian rank 4. We did that and he still cannot access competitive mode. What are we missing??
