You only get the exotic choice for beating The Final Shape campaign, if they do all 7 missions on your Warlock on Legendary difficulty. You don't get it for doing the normal version. To unlock it without doing the Legendary campaign, you would need to rank up and reset Rahools reputation and buy it from his focusing screen. Speaker's Sight can be earned from completing all seven of the Final Shape campaign missions on Legendary, or focused from Rahool after you reset his reputation ranks at least once. It does not drop from Excision. Refunds will be handled by whoever you purchased the DLC from.
