These worst offenders have been exploiting bungie’s kindness and using the very system in place to protect actual fair players as means to circumvent detection and banning. Please please please just ban these people in one massive wave. It cannot be that hard to find multiple accounts all operating from the same clan or accounts that almost exclusively play PvP but only occasionally throughout the week and will specifically play and target game modes like trials and comp rather than just playing various PvP modes for fun. These people are not spending money on the game, you can detect accounts show have explicitly not bought any recent dlcs and yet somehow still log in weekly to play PvP game modes, especially comp and trials. Players who don't own the most recent DLC can't play trials. Bungie doesn't look at players grimore score when investigating a reported cheater or as you say hacker.

Sadly a lot of cheaters, harassers and toxic individuals have multiple alts. Bungie don’t deal with it.

Pvp is wild, the real life variables are crucial for success. 1) can you remain cool under pressure? 2v3 will you panic? These are human behaviors that dictate winning and losing. 2) muscle memory. Learning a sequence of inputs and have it permanently embedded in brain. 3)adapt on the fly. Knowing when to change your approach

Came across lots of noob accounts in the past two days, that don't play like noobs at all, in fact, they were quite skilled, ruthless, organized, and cunning. Highly suspicious if you ask me, and there were a lot of them, too many to report.

I've noticed this, too. The most of them have an Adventurer and Veteran titles.
