Bungie Support cant help me and I got an email telling me I should open a thread on here.
I linked a epic games account to my bungie.net profile in february.
Sadly - I was locked into the wrong epic account in my browser when linking it. So I had to wait 90 days to unlink it. By the time I was able to unlink it that epic games account got deleted.
Since it doesnt exist anymore I cant autheticate it in my crosssave settings to remove the connection to my bungie.net profile.
I asked epic to help me with unlinking the non existing account and they said they cant do anything about it.
I myself cant do anything about it, because the account does not exist anymore.
The only one who can do something is bungie by resetting my crosssave settings.
But Bungie Support is either not reading my tickets, not responding at all or just wont help at all.
Are there even humans actually reading the tickets?

As of March 25th 2025, Bungie no longer allows accounts to be unlinked with the exception of Twitch.
