I don't see that I have the season pass, even though it is included in the edition I bought.

I bought the Buy Destiny 2: The Light & Darkness Collection edition on Steam and it appears that I don't have the Season Pass, I gave the same edition to my brother and he does have it. If necessary, I would like to specify that it is a character transferred from Epic Games since I had never played on Steam, according to what they explain during the Cross Progression process, it should not affect, I am playing from Steam where I bought the additional content.

  • Hey there, if you bought the Light and Darkness Collection on Steam first before cross-saving, then that is the reason. Episode passes are applied as in-game items, one-time to the Active account at the time of purchase. So the passes got tied to your Steam data - even though it has no characters. When you cross-saved and picked Epic as the Active set, then it made the Steam characters go dormant and they took the passes with them. They do not move/duplicate to any other accounts. Cross-saving first would have meant that the passes got applied to Epic's character set, which is where you want them, even though purchased on Steam. To fix this, please check the below page out and use the form provided. Mention what I said above, that the passes are on the dormant account and you wanted them on the Active. https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049497351-Contact-Form-Missing-Eververse-Item-or-Add-On-Items
