Hi! We have set up parental controls for my son to try and use voice chat in destiny. The voice chat settings will not toggle on. We went through the entire process of adding his account to mine and I can see the connection in the parental controls area. I have enabled the voice chat check box, but when we return to his PS5 or on his Xbox, the option doesn't turn on. We have checked the console settings and the kic should work. He has access to the mic in fortnite. Please help. We have been trying for almost a year now and still no joy. Thanks for anything you can do. If you look into my account you will see the attached child account. He has special needs, and is gonna be 14 this month and it would be great to talk to him while we play. He needs the serpa in destiny. I need to guide him. He loves this game but we can't play together right now. I really don't want him on discord because there is a lot more happening on that platform than just gaming. Thanks to anyone who will take up this cause as get him on a mic.
