Ice breaker cat issue
I have the gun, I have trigger the achievement for the cat. Why don’t I have it on my gun?

That happens if you do the puzzle for the cat before having the gun. On a week you haven't opened the chest on that character, run it again shooting the crystals to spawn operator and then enter the catalyst code. You should get it then, with that said it was a known issue and I'm not 100% sure it was fully fixed.
