What happened to obtainable Lucent Hive Ghosts?
Earlier this year, when I started playing destiny, I saw clearly, that one player had a lucent hive ghost, perfectly symmetrical, with no broken parts, unlike Fynch.
Some time afterwards, I tried to look online, in order to see what it was called, or how I can earn it, but all I found was the Pharmakos shell, apparently, lucent hive ghosts, do not exist for guardians, and never have.
Anyone know what happened?

I believe one of the requirements was finishing the seasonal activity “Savathûn’s Spire” on legendary difficulty. It has a cool hive ghost “squeak” sound effect.
