Unable to claim twitch rewards because I changed my twitch username?
I recently realized I wasn't getting any of the twitch emblems so looking into it, It's because I changed my twitch username. So I attempted to unlink the account and relink it but now it's saying I can't because it isn't the right username as the account I originally linked. I went to twitch and changed it back to the old username and still no luck. I've sent a ticket to twitch to no response so hopefully this'll reach the right person who can actually help me out. Error code: ErrorCannotLoadLinkedCredential
"Authentication Error
Unlinking has failed because you signed into a different external account than the one you have linked. We cannot unlink your external account unless you sign into the correct account."

8 RepliesChanging your Twitch username breaks the authentication link Bungie uses to verify your Twitch account. Even if you change the username back, Bungie still sees it as a different account. That’s why you’re getting the ErrorCannotLoadLinkedCredential message. Right now, the only fix is for Bungie support to manually clear the old Twitch link from your account. You won’t be able to unlink or re-link it yourself. What to do: Submit a ticket on Bungie.net under “Account Recovery” or “Twitch Drops.” In the ticket, explain you changed your Twitch username, can’t unlink it, and now get ErrorCannotLoadLinkedCredential.
