Into the Dungeon: Ghosts of the Deep quest doesn't exist for me
I have tried everything, on all 3 characters, I've loaded into the rite of the nine area, no quest, went to the kiosk in the tower and checked every tab just to be sure, no quest, checked my quests tab on all three characters, no quest. I have tried everything and looked everywhere and this quest does not exist for me and it's preventing me from getting the title
