The days of an average player putting in the time and the bounties to get to max light are over.
Who complained Bungie, the try hards, streamers and basement dwellers?
Maybe you’re a million player sales down compared to previous release figures because nobody but the aforementioned try hards (what are they, 3% to 5% of your player base) asked for more difficult base content and more jumping about like a demented flea.
This is up there with who on Earth asked for Marathon, we were asking for D3?
New Release coming out and you still haven’t fixed bugs introduced in previous releases?
Bungie, you’ve done all of this to yourselves and Sony Stockholders are watching……

I consider my self an average guy. I have a full time job, a wife, hobbies such as golf, motorcycling, D&D, reading etc. I take weekend in the summer and go away etc. I have a house and family as well. I also play Destiny and have since it came out all those years ago. And I always hit max power. Put in the effort into things you want, stop -blam!- that other can but you can't, thats a choice YOU made. Nobody else did that for you. ITs not elitism for people to succeed. The game was better in D1 when you had to play content, like raids and nightfalls to get max gear and to progress meaningfully.. playing the entire breadth of the game, succeeding wasn't about obtaining as many bounties as you could and farming easy content. As an average player who puts time into the game.. i'm actually really ok with having to grind content, harder content to progress adn hit max power again. Edit: lol so many butthurt at the truth. keep those downvotes coming.
