I understand that you want to push the health stat but only 15 healing for using an entire mod slot is crazy. It will be entirely unnoticeable and just a waste of a slot.
Could you think of increasing the amount to somewhere around 30. This still gives the health stat a good reason to exist but also gives you worth for building into it.

I think it's pretty bad considering the subclasses who needed that mod the most are now getting a stat tax in the new system And these subclasses without built-in healing were already considered pretty bad. Like, does Broodweaver really need a Health stat tax just so it can not get shredded?
