I understand that you want to push the health stat but only 15 healing for using an entire mod slot is crazy. It will be entirely unnoticeable and just a waste of a slot.
Could you think of increasing the amount to somewhere around 30. This still gives the health stat a good reason to exist but also gives you worth for building into it.

You get 17.5hp per orb from the health stat at 25 which is essentially the default when you have your armor masterworked. So I think most people are just going to replace it with Better Already. I expect a massive uptick in builds that utilize things that heal you like Banner of War or Restoration. As for Stasis well that got nerfed again I guess with shatter no longer doing unstoppables and now the only way to reliably get healing also being nerfed.
