Triumph "Whispers of the Past" is still unobtainable after a year of TFS release
Triumph "Whispers of the Past" is a secret triumph in Pale Heart - World - Exploration. It asks a player to locate and listen to all voice lines scattered in the Pale Heart. Two of these voice lines are in adventures: one in "The Hollow, Part I" and the other in "Home, Part II". These two are required for the triumph, but listening to them does not give progress. Hence, literally nobody can obtain this triumph.

Yeah, that triumph's still bugged. The two lines from “The Hollow, Part I” and “Home, Part II” don’t register properly for the tracker, even though they’re part of the required set. It's been brought up a lot over the past year, but Bungie hasn't acknowledged it publicly or listed it on their known issues. For now, there's nothing you can do to fix it on your end. Best option is to upvote related posts on the Help forum to keep it on their radar and hope they patch the logic on those two lines in a future update
