account unlinking
hey, also I recently bought a PS5 and bought destiny one and two was super hyped to link my account to go play and then I realized that my PlayStation account is already linked to my old PSN which I don’t have access to anymore. I’ve tried to unlink my old PSN and added my new one, but I’m having absolutely zero luck. Do any of you know what to do about this? I tried looking for a Bungie customer service email or something but I couldn’t find anything so I just came here.

As of March 2025 it is no longer possible to unlink accounts, however even before this, it has never been possible to unlink an account that can't be authenticated. Bungie will not forcibly unlink accounts, and are not making any exceptions to the policy. So unfortunately the current PSN account cannot be unlinked.
