Error Code Guitar on Kell's Vengeance
My group was playing kell's vengeance for 5 hours last night since it was the last thing we needed to earn the slayer baron title but now we can no longer get the title due to the error and the servers shutting off for edge of fate and we had just killed the boss in the clip shown here. We are hoping there is some way it can be granted to us. This is our 2nd ticket we have submitted now in the issue.

This error code most often occurs when too many items are left on the ground. There are also some additional troubleshooting steps that may help.

The servers are still up - there was some background maintenance earlier but that has since ended. As for the loot/triumph, Bungie won't manually issue it.
