Hello Bungie Support Team,
I purchased the Destiny 2: Year of Prophecy Ultimate Edition Upgrade on Epic Games. According to the product description, this package includes:
The Edge of Fate expansion
4 Season Passes
Various exotic items and cosmetics
While I can access some of the content (such as items and map areas), the following issues persist in-game:
I cannot unlock or start any Edge of Fate quests.
The Edge of Fate seasonal chest remains locked and inaccessible.
The Season Pass does not appear in my game at all.
Because of the missing Season Pass, I ended up purchasing it separately, which means I paid twice for content that should have been included.
I have already tried:
Relinking my Epic Games account with Bungie.net
Logging out and back into the game
Restarting GeForce Now and reinstalling the game
None of these steps resolved the problem.
Please investigate this license synchronization issue on my account and assist in unlocking the missing content. If possible, I would also like to request a refund or credit for the duplicate Season Pass purchase.
