I completed the legendary campaign on my Titan. Purchased the campaign skip on my Hunter, but didn't unlock the Hunter exotic armor Moirai. The text on the Edge of Fate Campaign Boost skip says that it "completes the campaign and grants associated rewards". You get the armor from completing the campaign.
