PS4 Crash: Can’t Even Login

On PS4 & I have been able to play since the update but have seen a massive increase in full game crashes, multiple per session. But after the last one an hour ago I cannot even get past the login screen, the second I select my character it crashes. Tried 10+ times, restarted, even tried deleting disc space nothing is working. Anyone got any ideas as I’m completely locked out of playing at the moment? Only just came back after a break since lightfall coz TFS was discounted & this is a bit of a joke TBH.

    • Do you happen to play warlock and have the new TECHSEC robes equipped? Try using an app to unequip the robes, then see if you can log into the game. I had this issue.

      • Happened to me also. Saw another post and bungie responded saying that they are aware and are looking into it.

        • Yes, it is correct and it works for me. Try it, remove all the new parts, whether they are shields or weapons, and the game will work normally. I changed it from the DIM application, but we hope that Bungie will fix these errors so that we can use the new parts.

        • Similar issues here 😕. The only thing that works after 5 content downloads and the first opening mission is the character screen 👀. Nothing else works, blue screen error every time. Vault works and that's about all . Try to launch the tower or anything and it's blue screen again. Hey ho again. Feel for you 👍
