In game shaderpack purchase not reflected on account

Hello, I purchased the "reclamation shader set" from the ever-verse store moments ago, and upon redeeming the bundle from my inventory, the shaders are still unavailable, and the purchase does not say "owned" as if the transaction didn't happen. Neither the silver nor steam credit was refunded so I'm curious as to any steps I can take. I'm willing to provide any evidence requested and hope this can be handled promptly. Thanks for your time!
