I can't get into legendary world tier on Kepler anymore. Completed several missions on legendary, but now whenever I check my world tier from the skull icon on the Kepler map it says brave, and mission flags show easy combat difficulty. This is whether I launch legendary world tier from the quests menu, or switch to legendary while on Kepler, or select legendary while loading into Caldera from the portal. Can't think what else to try. EDIT: ok so I tested damage and I think legendary world tier is working, it's just super confusing that when you go to check it always says brave.
