Melas Panoplia
I’m so confused, honestly. I just spent like five hours finishing out all legendary missions to get Melas Panoplia only for it to not give it to me? And I can’t focus it at Rahool or Ada either? Is this a bug or did Bungie’s -blam!- decide that i had to random roll it? Is anyone else experiencing this?
