Avant garde
Granting bonuses for using new gear is fine. Locking us out of content because our build isn’t what you want us to use isn’t. Make Avant garde optional especially on conquest runs.

Just some info I did not know. Watched a video from someone 400. In leveling and you get punished for not using all new gear. You have to use more difficulty modifiers if you don't use new gear. They will continue to punish you for using old gear.
