Blocking
Bungie if I block someone that means I don't want to match with them anymore. So why the -blam!- would you constantly keep matching me with the people I block. Fix your pathetic -blam!- game

As someone already said blocking just stops them from messaging you, if it stopped them from matching you people would be able to abuse it by just blocking anyone better than them.

Blocking them only prevents them from being able to communicate with you. This isn’t anything new.
