Title as is. There are times where there's a reward for a B rank or higher in activities where the modifiers are set, and there isn't even enough modifiers added to give you that B rank, making it literally impossible to get that score needed because the game isn't allowing it to go that high. The Portal as a whole is just a massive mistake and the most poorly implemented change Bungie has done by far. Possibly even the whole of Destiny, even fixed rolls were easy to tolerate because the weapons could still be fun to use anyway. There's no upside to any of this whatsoever.
