Either all exotics should have “New Gear Bonus” or remove it from the game.
Having a select few of exotics to have the new gear bonus choke holds many possible builds to just a few cause of the possible increase damage and damage resist the player can have.
Bungie should either make all exotics have the bonus or remove it from the game entirely.
