Honestly I'm quite puzzled why a side quest is forced to be on mythic difficulty. Turned what would have been a 10 minute quest into a 30 minute loop of me dying to axion orbs over and over, getting respawned into completely different load zones, and fighting bullet sponges.
Bungie, you [b]NEED[/b] to fix this fast. I loved the story, but the gameplay is cooked. This is not fun. If the gameplay now acts as a barrier for me to experience the story, there is literally no point for me to play the game as the game isn't fun.
EDIT: Turns out mythic wasn’t a requirement. Initially I did want to lower the difficulty, but when I did so, the quest disappeared from the map so I assumed it was mythic only.

If you're talking about the strangelet missions: try them with 3 people instead of soloing them. I gave up soloing the Wyverns because of the amount of OHKO BS everywhere and literally every enemy being a bullet sponge.

I agree that mythic is not for everyone. But they should've lowered the required difficulty for side quests making it approachable for everyone... Or git gud, or git fwiends

Mythic isn't scaled to solo play. Get 2 others.

I think the only way to destroy them is to just get spawned killed 5 straight times lol, I was literally laughing after I realized and then just let it happen
