Ghost mods are dropping significantly more armor of different focus stats that aren't focused.
Equipping Ghost mods that focus armor stats are dropping other focus stats rather than what is being focused.
Paragon focus is dropping significantly more Bulwark armor (myself and others have experienced this.)
Gunner is dropping significantly more Grenadier armor.
This bug can be backed up by another forum post with a few people that have experienced this issue.

Yes!!!!! I just focused 5 exotic engrams for melee and got grenade in its place every time. Would have been great if it was in the melee.
