On the current selection of Rumble maps as of writing (Javelin-4, Cirrus Plaza, and Rusted Lands), the current spawn locations (and/or the system that determines spawn location) often put the player into situations where they have little control over their survivability.
About half of the time, the player will spawn with another player in sight - often, when this occurs, it will be the player who just killed them. This system gives the spawning player no time to respond to a situation in which they will get killed again.
A potential solution to this issue is to try and spawn the player further from their downed position, or to more specifically factor in enemy player location. As it stands, the current locations and/or system wrests combat control from the player in frustrating ways.
Your role as a moderator enables you immediately ban this user from messaging (bypassing the report queue) if you select a punishment.
