So I logged in today during the Solstice event on my warlock to purchase the Seaside Celebration set for them. I entered my character menu and scrolled over to my collections tab because I wanted to reacquire gear that I previously claimed. When I made my way to the tab, I noticed that I am missing a hefty amount of exotics on both my hunter and warlock. I was sitting at 76/632 unlocks, now I am at 50. And the strange part about it is, exotic gear that I recently purchased from the Xǔr vendor (Wings of Sacred Dawn) is also missing from my collection, though my recently discovered shows that I have unlocked the exotic item. Is it a sync issue on my end? Or did I run into a bug? How can I fix it?
