Make Destiny Fun Again

Quit spawning in ads behind us, nerf undesirable ads (taken and fallen snipers) quit wasting d&d money on new overpowered undesirable ads (imp swarm), quit using champions as checkpoints, quit using time gates as checkpoints, remove all limitations on RNG (low % god roll rates),remove all cooldowns on rewards, especially on farming activities Add more fun mod combinations (low gravity+ matterspark) and quit nerfing fun mods and important mods, add more herds of ads instead of champions, add champion weapon mods, add solo bonus incentives for fireteam activities It’s a pretty simple formula - Quit forcing time played on hard undesirable things and replace them with fun things ^ If you would like to add to the list : please comment with additions so I can copy, paste.   • I'm just tired of the... immune gates time gates Timers... point thresholds Ads that don't give credit Infinite ads... It feels like the game has been reduced to an anxiety fueled rush... 1... I understand content needs to be a degree of difficult but if I'm high enough level to dirt the boss I should be able to swiftly dirt the boss The immune gates are padding just to make the encounters just slightly longer and so you have to jump through some kind of hoop just to finish the encounter with any kind of swiftness and it can get really annoying.... if it makes sense yeah that's fine but every boss has some kind of magic immunity shield it just doesn't sit right especially when like base level vandals can get the same kind of immunity that a raid boss does... All you need to do is utilize the different factions like they're supposed to Hive rituals using witches to grant immunity to nights is a thing having servitors give immunity to the fallen is a thing the vex having that temporal super shield generated by a whatever is a thing why is everything now just immune for no reason but to blow up a whatever it is Make it make sense and people will complain a lot less.... The time gate should definitely be a modifier for better loot same for the point threshold for additional better loot.. One drop each... But having that be the base you can't even enjoy the game anymore It's go fast or get nothing and even if you do go fast and kill everything sometimes you still get nothing It's not fun it's not relaxing and it kind of defeats the purpose of a game especially at the low end... But by all means give rewards to the speedrunners to the scary efficient try hards... But us who have lives outside of gamers still need rewards too... Everything you shoot should count doesn't matter what it is... if it dies you should get credit for it...experience trackers quests etc having these hollow ads floating around discourages playing the game and just enforces a skip everything mentality and overcomplicates search and exploration especially in regards to finding secrets or just enjoying the scenery...because it's not worth it otherwise and that is not a good thing as it takes away from the game rather than adding to it... As far as encounters are concerned infinite ads are okay as far as making sure you have something to proc your abilities off of but after a while the ads should be exhaustible and make the encounter easier to complete so that way if you invest the time into survivability and skill....you should still be able to complete the encounter by exhausting enemy reinforcements or at least reduce them to weaker variations or overall reduced numbers and still get adequate reward without worrying about timers or point thresholds...
