At this point, it's starting to feel like Bungie is intentionally trying to piss players off. Case in point: Grappler, the new modifier that replaces your grenade with a "non-offensive grapple hook". You running frost turrets? Build ruined. Getaway Artist? Tripmines? Build ruined. And guess what? Unless you're the type to read over every modifier before starting quickplay portal ops, you don't find out about this until you hit the ground - don't forget; loadout is locked - forcing you to either bail on your fireteam, or play through with literally no build.
If I wanted to grapple, I'd be running Strand, FFS!

Honestly quick play should just be difficulty modifiers by default, like stronger enemies, locked loadout…, unless you customize. It’s such a pain to jump in and then you don’t have grenade or suddenly you jump in Zero G… it ruins the build and gameplay loop and sucks the fun.
